Hello! My name is Sara Caitlin, I am thrilled that our paths have crossed. I consider myself to be a servant leader who deeply cares about the transformation and growth of myself and others. My leadership development journey began in 2008 where I participated in a series of personal development workshops. Since then, I have been committed to building experience personally and professionally to ensure the sustainability and growth of this work through facilitation and coaching.
Leadership Development Coaching
As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I pledge to abide by the ICF Code of Ethics thereby set forth by the International Coaching Federation. Through this Code of Conduct, I serve clients by providing coaching services to individuals and groups.
In an effort to be of service, I work in partnership with clients and key stakeholders to identify a clients' current state, align on an intended goal for the future, and co-create new actions and practices necessary to move clients towards their goals. My method of coaching is facilitative in nature. I believe that my role as a coach is to listen to understand, ask powerful questions, reflect back on what I am hearing, bring in new insights and opportunities for awareness, and support clients in identifying new actions and practices that support clients in moving towards their intentions. This is possible through listening actively, asking powerful questions, being curious, showing empathy, and demonstrating unconditional positive regard with all of my clients.
Leadership Development Facilitation
Aside from leadership coaching, I also design and facilitate leadership development workshops, seminars, and programs for diverse groups of people on various topics, such as team building, conflict resolution, mission/vision, goal-setting, empathy, trust, and communication nationally and internationally through face-to-face and virtual (Zoom). In partnering with various organizations, I have developed customized program curricula based on the individual needs of each client, including original learning journeys related to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
